It's Monday! So I've been doing a bad job of not planning meals, and flying by the seat of my pants lately on food. It's gotta stop so I am trying to get back on top of my cooking regime!!
I am using my old reliable meal planning Monday I learned from the lovely Laura at Organizing Junkie. I love, love, love her site!! Have I told you how much I love her site?
Seriously if you want to find some creative ideas to get your house on track that is the place to go!!
Ok so with out delay here is our week in dinner-
Monday- BBQ Pork Chops, Grilled Asparagus and smashed red potatoes
Tuesday- Zesty Cilantro Lime Roasted Chicken with black beans and corn (save the chicken leftovers for Thursday's dinner and make Chicken stock with the remainder bones etc.)
Wednesday- Chickpea Pasta With Almonds and Parmesan Broccoli and berries
Thursday- Leftover Chicken Fajitas with home made Tortillas (make extras for lunches and personal pizzas)
Friday- Dinner out
Saturday- Chicken Stir Fry and brown rice
Sunday- Left over night!
